This vibration motor with spring contacts is surrounded by a silicon rubber boot sleeve that allows it to be press fit into the desired location in your devices housing. It has a unique contact configuration that puts the electrical point of contact at the rear of the motor. This might be required based on the PCB and or mechanical design of the product.
